Sometimes you want steady guidance, sometimes you’re ready to dive all in. That’s why I offer two ways to work together. Both are built around your goals, your lifestyle, and the version of you you’re becoming.
If you like space to reflect, experiment, and come back with insights, this is your rhythm.
12, 1-hour sessions every other week
Time to try out new habits in real life before we meet again
Perfect if you’re self-driven but want accountability and fresh perspective
If you thrive with more structure and frequent touchpoints, this option keeps the momentum going.
24, 30-minute sessions weekly
(Shifts into longer, bi-weekly sessions as you gain confidence)

We’ll focus on the 1–3 most meaningful shifts that move you forward. Together, we’ll reflect on what’s working, troubleshoot any challenges, and explore new tools to keep progress flowing. You’ll walk away each time with practical, actionable steps you can integrate into your life.Resources & Guidance:
Throughout the program, you’ll get worksheets, journal prompts, and thoughtful recommendations tailored to your goals. These aren’t generic checklists — they’re tools that help you connect with yourself and your path.Final Session:
We’ll celebrate your wins, review your progress, and create a sustainable plan so the results stick. The goal is that by the end, you feel empowered, confident, and more like yourself than ever.
The Initial Consultation ($150)
Think of this as your starting line. Not a test, not a checklist, but a real conversation about you.
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a few simple forms so I can get a sense of your current habits, challenges, and hopes. Then, in our 90-minute session, we’ll sit down (virtually) and explore what life feels like for you right now.
We’ll uncover:
What’s working and what feels heavy or stuck
The patterns behind your habits and energy
The health goals you want to reach, but also the deeper reasons you want them
